Therapeutic Way offers alcohol and substance abuse counseling on an outpatient basis only. No drugs are stored at this facility.

Individualized approach
Alcohol and substance counseling combines elements of behavioral therapy, cognitive social learning therapy, cognitive therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and other therapies to help recognize situations in which alcohol or substance use is likely, find better ways to avoid those situations and learn ways to cope with the feelings and situations that lead to use or relapse behaviors.

Screening, Assessment and Referral
During the first few sessions, the focus is on completing screening and assessments. This is to determine whether an outpatient setting is appropriate or whether a referral for more intense services is needed.

DEEP Services
DEEP Assessment or counseling
(Driver Education and Evaluation Program)
The goal of the DEEP programs is to lessen the incidence of injury, disability and fatality that results from alcohol and other drug related motor vehicle crashes, and to reduce the risk of re-offense for OUI. Individuals must show proof of 90 days of sobriety and be free from all other non-prescribed medications including marijuana. This typically involves the use of Breathalyzer and urine testing paid for by the participant.
Services must be paid for at time of service. Cash or Money order only.
