Accepted Insurance Plans:
Verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange for your first visit. Otherwise you will be asked to pay for your session and bill your insurance company for reimbursement.
Co-pays are due when services are rendered. (Due to insurance policies I cannot waive co-pays.)
Some individuals would prefer that their insurance company not be involved in services. If this is the case, please indicate your preference to self-pay for sessions.

- Avg Cost (per session): $100 cash per forty-five minutes, additional time incurs additional fees.
- For insurance - Health Associates Maine sets fees for insurances, insurance Telehealth and Maine Care telehealth services; AbilTo sets fees for AbilTo telehealth services
- Your insurance company may dictate session fees, deductibles and co-pays. You are responsible for finding out what your co-pay or deductible is before starting services.

- Some insurances require prior authorization before services can begin. You are responsible to find out whether this is a part of your insurance plan and making sure this is completed before services start.
- Maine Care requires that you call them and indicate to them your preference for your current therapist. If this is not done before services start, Maine Care will not pay for services rendered. Make sure that Maine Care is called before the first session.
